Is there a long term, multi-year commitment?

Many of our partnering companies ask if there is one-year or two-year minimum contract. No long term multi-year commitments here.

Do I pay taxes?

No. We pay employee taxes on our end. You should still write this off as a business expense.

How do I know I am hiring a quality team member?

We go to the drawing board with a fresh set of eyes to qualify, interview, and pinpoint a unique team member based on your needs. You will have the chance to review your new team members qualifications prior to payment and onboarding. We want you to be confident that the new team member will help take your business to the next level!

What are the added costs on top of the hourly rate?

There are no added costs! We pay all of the employee taxes and benefits on our end so that you do not have to worry about those.

What is the time difference in Tunisia?

Tunisia is 5-6 hours ahead of the U.S. Eastern Time Zone. The time difference varies depending on if the United States is observing daylight savings time. During fall and winter, Tunisia is 6 hours ahead. Spring and Summer only a 5 hour difference!

How is this different from other services out there?

Your team member works in our office in Tunisia. If you have multiple team members, they can collaborate together more smoothly. Onsite American management adds elements of accountability and ongoing development for all team members.

What if I do not like the team member provided?

Every match is not perfect and we understand that! Our team is happy to go back to the drawing board a target a new team member for your needs.

What is your refund policy?

Although uncommon, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. We settle for nothing less than your complete satisfaction and will go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience.

Do you offer remote employees that are inside the U.S.?

Not at this time.

Are Tunisians fluent in French?

Absolutely! French is widely spoken in Tunisia and , for some, French is their primary language!

How do you control quality?

Qore has a management team that includes an American manager as well as a local Tunisian manager to make sure that our partnering companies are served to the fullest potential. This is a great advantage that Qore offers!

Is there any ongoing development?

Yes. Based on the feedback from our clients, we provide recurring sessions to develop and keep team members fresh when it comes to the ins and outs of how American businesses operate. Of course any information specific to your business or industry, you will want to communicate that with your team member so that they are well trained and serving you to their full capacity.

Where is Tunisia located?

Tunisia is directly south of Italy across the Mediterranean Sea and is situated on the northernmost point of Africa.

What level of education do selected candidates possess?

Tunisia is a well-educated and technically gifted country. All candidates possess a college degree and often a masters degree!

How do I track my team members hours?

You can plug them into any tracking software you currently use. If you do not have that, your team member will use a Qore-provided software to track their hours. You are able to see when they are logged in, out,and what their time is dedicated to. A daily or weekly report can be supplied for your records.

How does billing work?

Most partners elect to be billed monthly. You can select a weekly payment if you desire. The most affordable option is one monthly transaction at the beginning of the period. We set up a recurring bill through bill.com.

Does my team member stop working abruptly at the end of our agreed upon hours?

We understand that business ebbs and flows from week to week. If there is a consistent excess of hours being worked, we will reach out to discuss adjusting your team member plan. In general, it is your responsibility to make sure you are utilizing the hours that you paid for.

Is there a minimum number of hours to agree to?

It is most common to contract at 40 hours/week.  For administrative and executive assistant positions there is a minimum of 20 hours/week.

Do you provide team members for 5 - 10 hours each week?

Not at this time. If you are here considering a top-level remote team member, it is likely that you already need somebody for 20+ hours/week.
